Just because we don’t charge you a call out fee doesn’t mean we will keep you waiting all day. When you book a call between 7am- 4.30 pm Monday-Friday, you’ll be given a job number and a 1 Hr appointment window. If we are late you’ll get an immediate $1* discount for every minute we’re late off any work performed. (Max discount $50).
